Description
This stove has all the features of the Fat Penguin but has a taller oven box, ideal for herby winter casseroles, slow roasted veg and the crumbliest of crumbles. Like the Fat penguin, it is a convector stove. Like all the tall-order penguins, this comes with a stainless steel oven bottom trivet, to put cooking dishes on and a removable oven shelf, giving you two cooking positions and reaching oven temperature very close to normal domestic ovens. Due to the convector panels, there is a wider top plate to place kettles and pans on.
